Meet the Founder -
Derek Roberts

Derek Roberts has built, trained, and coached sales teams and sales leaders for nearly thirty years. An executive coach, consultant, and professional speaker, he first and foremost identifies as a sales professional. Since 1999, Derek has been a dedicated partner with Integrity Solutions, a collaboration that has shaped his approach to sales training and leadership development. Through this partnership, he has helped organizations foster customer-centric sales cultures, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive measurable sales performance improvements.

As the owner of Roberts Business Group, Derek has leveraged the proven methodologies of Integrity Solutions to transform sales teams by enhancing their mindset, skillset, and human connections. His deep understanding of Integrity Solutions’ principles has allowed him to make a lasting impact on sales professionals and business leaders across industries.

He is also co-author of Listen to Sell: How Your Mindset, Skillset, and Human Connections Unlock Sales Performance and Be a Mindsetter: The Essential Guide to Inspire, Influence and Impact Others. Derek holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree from Furman University. He resides in the Wilmington, NC area with his wife Amy and their ten children.
