Larry Roberts and Derek Roberts are the principals of Roberts Business Group and bring over thirty-five years of management and coaching experience to their training and consulting clients. Together with their team of consultants and training professionals, their backgrounds range from financial services and technology to organizational development and manufacturing. Their approach to consulting and training is centered around their desire to build loyal relationships with clients by identifying needs, meeting those needs and creating value wherever possible.

Premier Consultants

A significant factor in the success of Roberts Business Group is the strength of its two leading consultants Debbie Irving and Sarah Guinn. Located in Phoenix, AZ and Kansas City, KS respectively, they service many of the company’s Central, Midwest and Pacific clients.
